BiteSite is a pre-ordering and collection service. You order ahead, pay online, and collect from the canteen counter you chose. Nothing is shipped, couriered, or brought to you.
When the kitchen marks your order ready, your order page shows a four-digit pickup code. Show it at the counter and staff enter it to hand your order over. The code appears only while the order is waiting, and only on your own order page.
Preparation times are set by each canteen and vary with how busy they are. We notify you when your order is ready if you've turned notifications on.
Orders not collected on the day they were placed are the canteen's to dispose of. If something prevented you collecting, raise it through Support and it will be reviewed against our refund policy.
